CYLINDER APPLICATIONS

  Automotive: CNG storage for natural gas vehicles;
  Firefighting: fire extinguishers, self-contained breathing apparatus;
  Aerospace: oxygen and other liquefied gas storage, safety equipment;
  Industrial: cryogenic, inert and liquefied fuel/gas storage.

CYLINDER DESIGN VARIABLES:
 
   Type III or IV cylinders for CNG storage;
   epoxy/polyester with carbon/glass fiber composite laminate matrix;
   NP up to 250 bar;
   design standards NGV2, ISO 11439, DOT, ECE/ONU R 110.

PLANT CHARACTERISTICS:

   1 to 6 spindles;
   2 to 5 axes of computer-controlled motion;
   cylinder diameter range 800 mm;
   cylinder max. length 2500 mm;
   25-30 kg of laminate per hour per spindle.
