The installation of the Plant includes:

Erection
The erection of the Equipment at the Plant is performed by a team of VEM experts as follows:
1 mechanical superintendent
1 electrical superintendent.
For this period the following personnel will be needed locally
6 qualified workers specialized on the mechanical field
4 qualified workers specialized on the electrical field
3 general workers.

Start Up
The start-up of the Equipment at the Plant is performed by a team of VEM experts as follows:
1 automation specialist
1 process engineer.
For this period the following personnel will be needed locally
4 technically qualified workers specialized on the mechanical field
2 qualified workers specialized on the electrical field.
The start-up activities will overlap with the final stage of the Erection Activities thus the above mentioned  personnel will be assigned from the  erection team above without the need for hiring additional staff.

Commissioning
The Commissioning includes the production and testing of the GRP pipes produced with the Equipment
The Commissioning  of the Equipment at the Plant is performed by a team of VEM experts as follows:
1 automation specialist
1 process engineer.
For this period the following personnel will be needed locally
1 maintenance mechanic
1 maintenance electrician
1 chemist
6 continuous machine operators
